Calling My Spirit Back

This mixed media collage was an exercise in letting go of all of the times that I have given over my persoanl power to other people places and things. I cut pictures that represented the various people, places and things and placed them in a circular pattern on the canvas to create a vortex in the middle. Then, I painted on top. Finally, I tore pieces of paper that represented the energy of my power returning to me and I glued them in a pattern returning into the vortex.
